Your order will be packed and delivered to the courier within 1-2 working days and from 3 working days for foreign countries.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and a signature may be required upon receipt. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. If the courier cannot reach you, a delivery notice will be left and you can reschedule via the courier's website or collect from your nearest post office.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at fashion.archive@gmx.de or call +49 178 4444 981. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund as soon as the item is back with us. If you would like the correct item and it is still available, you are welcome to place a new order.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM — HOW DO I PROCEED?
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect so we can resolve the issue quickly. When reaching out, please include:
Your order number
The product name/code and colour
A description and, if possible, photos of the defect
A member of our team will respond and find the best solution for you as soon as possible.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or change items once an order has been placed. However, you may be able to cancel the order and place a new one. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

I FORGOT TO ENTER A COUPON CODE AND HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED MY ORDER.
Promotional codes must be entered before completing and confirming your order. Once an order is placed, codes can unfortunately no longer be applied — but you can use it on your next purchase!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
HOW CAN I PAY?
On fashionarchive.de you can pay securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna as well as via PayPal. Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email and your items will be dispatched to the address provided.
Please note that your bank may request additional authentication (e.g. 3D Secure) during the transaction. If a payment cannot be processed, the order will be automatically cancelled. If we are unable to ship an item in your order, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
IS IT MANDATORY TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. You can also check out as a guest by entering your contact details. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and access your order history.
HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link by email. Once logged in, we recommend setting a new password of your choice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once Fashion Archive authorises your return, items must be handed to a courier within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent after this period or for items that are not in their original condition.
All items are checked before dispatch and sent with their original tags. We strongly advise against removing tags until you are certain of the fit. Items returned with damage, stains, or signs of use will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
In the case of defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at fashion.archive@gmx.de. Replacement with the same item (subject to availability) will be offered free of charge. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
To initiate a return, please email fashion.archive@gmx.de with your order number, item code, date of receipt, and reason for return. It is not necessary to return the entire order — partial returns are accepted.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Once we have received the goods back, we will check the integrity of the product. If it is a return, we will refund you promptly via your original payment method. If it is an exchange, we will resend the product to you without incurring any additional shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returns and exchanges from outside Germany must be sent at your own expense to the return address above.

Yes, please contact us before your return with the order number and reason for return.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received at our Berlin store, we will inspect the items and confirm the return by email. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution.
Please note: Fashion Archive reserves the right to refuse returns made outside the stated terms, or for items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
Once your package arrives at our Berlin store, we will send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 15 working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) for the return to reach us. We will check the integrity and compliance of the returned items before initiating the refund. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of the refund being issued. The amount will be credited within 5–10 business days.
If you haven't heard from us within 15 working days, please contact us at fashion.archive@gmx.de and include your order number, the items returned, and your tracking number.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be initiated and you will receive a confirmation email. The process will be completed within 14 working days from the date of receipt, credited via your original payment method.
I MADE A RETURN BUT MY CARD IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.
Not a problem — if the bank account linked to the card is still active, the refund can still be processed. If the refund is not visible after 14 working days from the confirmation email, please contact us directly.
WHY HAVEN'T MY SHIPPING COSTS BEEN REFUNDED?
Fashion Archive refunds only the value of the returned items, not the original shipping costs — unless the entire order was defective or incorrect.
AN INCORRECT AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED.

Shipping costs (refunded only in cases of defective or incorrect goods)
Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase that may affect the refundable amount

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
If your order status shows "in process," it has not yet been dispatched but is being prepared. You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Click the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email sent by the courier.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET.
If your expected delivery date has passed, please:
Check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email
Verify that your delivery address and contact details are correct
Check whether the courier left a delivery notice — your package may be at a nearby depot
Ask a neighbour whether they accepted the package on your behalf

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has already been processed, please contact the courier directly to request an address change. Please note that delivery times may be affected.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No. You can order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as saved details, order history, and faster checkout.
I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT.
Please check that your email address and password match those used during registration. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, verify that the email address you registered with is correct.
ARE THE COLOURS SHOWN IN PRODUCT PHOTOS ACCURATE?
We do our best to represent all items accurately. However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen settings and display. We cannot guarantee perfect colour accuracy on all devices.
