To initiate a return, please contact our returns team by email at fashion.archive@gmx.de with your order number, the item name, and a brief reason for the return.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The item is in its original condition—unworn, unaltered, with all tags and protective coverings intact.
Please email within 7 days of delivery to start the process. Once we confirm eligibility, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.
